Westport Under 12 Lions played Kiltimagh in Round 3 in Division 1 also last Monday.  The Westport girls played a good game and put up a great fight against Kiltimagh, but was unable to get ahead.

Westport Under 14 B went to Ballyhaunis on Wednesday evening last.

Westport Under 16 Ladies 
Westport U16 Played Carnacon in R3 of the League on Wednesday the 16th of May in Clogher on a very wet evening. It took 5 minutes for Westport to get off the mark with a well executed goal from Loaise Kelly only to followed 2 minutes later with another, 3rd goal came from a free awarded to Kirsten Walsh which just glided under the bar, Westport's only point of the 1st half came from Nicole Gannon & before the half time whistle Loaise Kelly had got her 3rd goal, leaving the half time score 04-01 to 00-02.

It may have been a low scoring game for the home team but that was down to the eagle eyed goalie Becky Gavin & the hard working backs, with Full Back Erin Rowley back to full fitness. As the rain pouring  downin the 2nd half Westport's Goalie (Now in the forward line) Becky put over a lovely point to push Westport ahead, Rebecca O'Malley had her say on the score board with a fast thinking goal & a point, the last score of the game came from Fiona Groden with her well earned point. Well Done to all - Team effort pays off.
