The Westport U-14 A girls managed by Sean Mc Garry played for their position in the Division 1 league final, when they defeated Swinford in the semi-final on Monday evening.

Swinford opened the match by putting a point on the score board within minutes of the game. Westport weren't long bouncing back and within minutes
it was level.
Westport meant business and soon were sending footballs into the back of the
Swinford goal.

Westport came out in the second half with one thing on their minds a win.
The final score Westport 7-10 to Swinford 1-5. The final will be played on Saturday 16th June against Charlestown (time and venue not available yet).
