There are very few people who have not been touched by the story of Lily Mae the beautiful and brave 4 year old from Claregalway who was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. Lily Mae continues to have treatment in Crumlin to fight this terrible disease and she does so with incredible strength of charachter and bravery.

So many people have been inspired by this Family who have been sharing their journey with the community and the nation through diagnosis to ongoing treatment and the thoughts and prayers of Claregalway GAA Club are with Judith, Leighton and Evan and of course the inspirational Lily Mae. To play a very small part in supporting Lily Mae and the Sunni Mae Trust, the Ladies Club is having a Charity Football Game in Claregalway on St Stephens day at 1pm.

All players meet at the Clubhouse at 1pm. There will be an U14 game followed by an Adult Game.  We would hope every player in our Club will come along for an hour and raise €5 per each for the Sunni Mae Trust.

A very special thank you to all of our sponsors for 2012 whose support has been invaluable for our Club and we wish all of our Members a peaceful and happy Christmas.

Congrats to Niamh Fahy and the other Galway Girls who won an All-Ireland with  Parnell's of London last week.  Niamh coached at our ladies Development Camp 2 years ago and made a big impression with the Girls.
