Well done to our Under 16’s who defeated Fenagh in a very competitive and high scoring game. Fenagh took more scores on the day but SOH prowess in hitting the back of the net won through with the lads running out winners by 5-9 to 2-16. On Monday night the Under 16s were well beaten by Mohill by a score of 4-17 to 2-3.

Good luck to the Ballinamore hurlers who are playing for Leitrim on Saturday 10th May in the Lory Meagher match away to Fermanagh in Brewster Park at 2.30pm.

Walk with Joe for SVP

Joe Crowley from Laune Rangers club in Kerry is doing 32 marathons in 32 counties. He is doing it to raise money for St Vincent de Paul but it is mainly part of the healthy clubs initiative. On 10th May he is leaving rom Ballinamore SOH GAA at approx 9.15am and walking from Ballinamore to Drumshanbo and back to Ballinamore. He would be delighted if anyone would like to join him along the route at any stage. This is a great opportunity to join in and support someone in a worthy endeavour so if you’re free and have the time why not join him en route and walk of if you see him give him a cheer and a clap and lots of encouragement.
