Our Intermediate ladies team played Shannon Gaels in the championship on Saturday evening last. Final score Kilglass 2-11 Shannon Gaels 5-11. The girls now play Boyle in play-off on Tuesday 25th August, 6:45pm. in Croghan.

Our Tommy & Teresa Cox sponsored Junior A team travelled to Elphin on Saturday evening last for Round 5 of the Championship. Ballinameen were the opponents, this was a great game of football toing and froing throughout. Unfortunately Kilglass suffered a one point defeat final score Kilglass 2-11 Ballinameen 1-15.

Kilglass Gaels Football/Hurling Pool: Week 15 game Dublin v Mayo (Football). Congratulations to Fr. Kevin winner of €200 (Halftime ) and to Padraig McCormack winner of €400 (Fulltime) week 13 and to Liam Coyle Half Time winners of €200 and to Ollie Kiernan Full time winner €400 in week 14 game. 

Lotto: Kilglass Gaels Lotto took place in Reynolds on Saturday night last: the numbers drawn were 6,17,26,27 Bonus 25. No Jackpot winner –1x3 number winner €200 each– Nathan Beirne.  Next week’s jackpot €4,100 for 4 correct numbers and €8,100 for 4 correct numbers PLUS the bonus number. Draw for 29th August takes place in CJ’s.

Progressive 25: continues in Kilglass Community Centre on Tuesday at 9.00pm. Last week’s winners Brian Gormley, Mickey Tracey, Peter Joe Fitzmaurice, Edmund Brennan 4 games each. New players welcome.

Bingo: Kilglass Gaels Bingo takes place in Kilglass Complex this Saturday and every Saturday night @ 8:30p.m. Jackpot €6000 on 46 calls or less.

Cash For Clobber: Kilglass Gaels GAa Club are having a cash for clobber collection on Saturday 26th September. If you wish to donate any items of clothing, bags, shoes, curtains, linen, soft toys, mobile phones, or lap tops you can do so or if you would like a club member to call for your collection this can be arranged. Please contact any committee member.
