Our U-8 and U-10 Coaching for Boys and Girls returns this week in Banada Hall. It starts with a nursery for children born between 2008 and 2010 from 6pm on Thursday 21st. From 7-8 we will have U-10 Coaching for Children born in 2006 and 2007. All Parents are welcome to come along to see the Nursery programme delivered by Pat Kilcoyne. You can come along on the night or anyone needing a registration form can email Fintan Kennedy at fintank72@gmail.com.

Hard Luck to the St. Attracta's CS team and management especially our 9 players who lost the Connacgt A Senior Schools Final on Saturday last on a score line of St Attracta's 1-09 Summerhill 1-17. Our club was represented through: Darren Leonard, Conan Marren, Richard Lang, Liam Gaughan,Adam Broe, Seán Mc Veigh, Conor Walsh, Mark Lundy, Daniel Clarke and team selector, Stephen Henry. 
Congratulations to our clubman on the Summerhill team Darren O'Hara who scored 2 points in the game. Also wishing Liam Gaughan a speedy recovery from the head injury he received during the first half of the game.

Katie Walsh and Anna Corcoran represented the club in the Connacht Ladies Warm Up League Final on Sunday last in the Center of Excellence, Ballyhanuis. Sligo ladies trailed at half time on a scoreline of 1-05 to 2-07 and didn't overcome this deficit in the second half as Mayo ran out winners, 5-11 to 4-05. 

Hard luck to Sligo Senior men who suffered defeat at the hands of Leitrim in Ballinamore on a score line of 1-06 to 1-11. The club was represented through Noel Gaughan and Brian Egan who scored a late goal. The teams next game is away to Clare on the 31st of January in the first round of the league.  

The Ladies AGM takes place this Saturday the 23rd of January at 4pm and is followed by the Hurling AGM at 5pm. Please note the change in time and date as previously stated. 

Our Bingo Club fundraiser continues this Tuesday in Banada Hall. The Jackpot will be €2,550 on 55 calls or less and the Snowball has reached €4,000 on 46 calls or less. Your support to our local bingo is much appreciated.
